Color, light and design have been in artist Audrea “AudieG” Gustafson’s blood for as long as she can remember.  It wasn’t until she was recovering from a serious car accident, did her amazing artistic abilities with paint truly take flight. That realization, along with a leap of faith and a deep belief in the power of God, inspired Audie to take the first of many steps to evolve her talents into what is now her flourishing business, AudieG Art.

Since 2013, her artistry and creativity have been showcased through being a lifestyle blogger, inspiring others with her art, her skills with floral, interior design and a delightful knack for repurposing junk into imaginative beauty.  Audie enjoys  being able to tell a story through her art; a story that captivates the heart, soul and spirit of the viewer and brings them into a world of “Pinwheels and Kaleidoscopes.”  Her artistic “stories” not only draws others in, they provide a peek into a magical world; a world that allows her to share deep spiritual beauty and childlike wonderment through words, art and design.

As an American mixed media artist and resident of Owasso, OK, Audie’s days are filled with creating magical and memorable works of art via acrylics, watercolors, charcoal, collage, inks, pastels, and other mediums. Although her journey through art does not span decades, her art has been said to tell a different story. When not up to her elbows in paint, potting soil or charcoal dust, Audie spends her time enjoying life as a designer who sees design, art and beauty in everything, a coffee lover, a Christ follower, a wife, a daughter, a musician, artist and a loyal friend.  Audie also teaches her creative mastery through YouTube tutorials and artist collaborations. “Life is a Journey and Art helps us discover parts of our path in life’s journey that would have otherwise remained undiscovered.”-Audie G

“Art is a collaboration between God and the artist, and the less the artist does the better. ”  Andre Gilde

A principle I believe in is……… part of the nature of God is to be an artisan whose work creates a bridge between the spiritual and natural realms.  In the same way, the nature of an artisan is also to create a bridge between the natural and spiritual realms.

“The artist’s vocation is to send light into the human heart.”   George Sand
